Welcome to Ultrasound Nataly. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website, booking platform, services, and any related communication. By accessing our website, scheduling appointments, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Ultrasound Nataly” refers to our business, including all staff, medical professionals, technicians, and administrative personnel.

Ultrasound Nataly provides diagnostic imaging services, including but not limited to:
Abdominal ultrasounds
Pelvic ultrasounds
Prostate ultrasounds
Soft tissue imaging
Pregnancy ultrasounds (self-referral)
No Medical Advice Guarantee
While our imaging services are conducted by trained professionals, Ultrasound Nataly is not a primary care provider, specialist clinic, or emergency care center. Our reports are intended for diagnostic purposes only and should always be reviewed with your primary healthcare provider. Our service is complementary, not a replacement for full medical evaluation.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Booking Process
Appointments can be scheduled via Setmore or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
You must provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, contact information, and reason for your visit.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a $25 fee.
Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future service.
4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Zelle, or other approved methods.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.
No Insurance Accepted
Ultrasound Nataly operates as a self-pay service. We do not accept insurance. Patients are responsible for submitting receipts to their insurers if they wish to seek reimbursement.
5. Patient Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide complete and truthful information, including medical history, symptoms, and any conditions that may affect your ultrasound or interpretation.
Pre-Appointment Preparation
You are responsible for following any pre-appointment instructions, such as fasting or arriving with a full bladder (depending on the type of ultrasound).
6. Medical Limitations and Liability
No Medical Diagnosis Guarantee
While we strive to provide accurate imaging and professional reports, our findings are based solely on the imaging performed. Ultrasound Nataly does not guarantee diagnosis or treatment plans.
External Review Requirement
Our reports are intended to be reviewed by your primary physician or specialist. We do not provide direct treatment or medical prescriptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultrasound Nataly, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Misinterpretation of imaging.
Missed diagnoses.
Delays in receiving further care.
Errors in data provided by the patient.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Patient Privacy
We collect and handle your personal and health information according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Third-Party Platforms
We use Setmore for appointment booking. When using Setmore, you are also subject to their Terms and Privacy Policy.
8. Website Use and Content
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of Ultrasound Nataly. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use our website for illegal purposes.
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or services.
9. Marketing and Communication
Consent to Contact
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, and promotional materials from Ultrasound Nataly. You can opt out at any time.
10. No Emergency Services
Ultrasound Nataly does not provide emergency care. In case of urgent symptoms (severe pain, bleeding, or medical crisis), you should contact emergency services immediately or go to the nearest ER.
11. Results and Reports
Report Turnaround
Diagnostic reports are typically available within 24-48 hours after the imaging session. Reports are delivered via secure email or in print upon request.
Responsibility for Follow-Up Care
You are responsible for sharing your results with your primary healthcare provider and ensuring you receive proper follow-up care.
12. Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue amicably.
Arbitration Clause
In the event of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own legal fees.
13. Changes to Terms
Ultrasound Nataly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
